The article reveals the essence and importance of forming a creative personality since studying in secondary education. Modern trends society have every opportunity educate critical generation. young man at moment not only an observer, but creator his own happiness. Young people are able generate original ideas, take on solutions bold non-standard solutions, be responsible for them. aim analyze studied forms work offer their conclusions before implementation successful life position. study these issues was both general special methods issues: research material used, abstraction, coincidence from abstract personal level. indicated results research, which confirmed by arguments about flexible qualities personality. To address this issue, it necessary into account promising educational technologies. They methodological culture future specialist. formation should place process professional training teachers. This approach determines direction pedagogical activities, contributes also further self-development teacher. type personality, characterized stable, creativity, motivational activity. These manifested organic unity with creativity. abilities allow individuals achieve progressive, socially personally significant one or more activities. Scholars distinguish following traits personality: problematic vision situation, boldness thought, flexibility thinking, alternative, independence, dialectics, tolerability thinking.
